Welcome to Tellifly. By accessing or using our website, services, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Tellifly.
2. Description of Service
Tellifly is an online marketplace that connects verified travelers who have extra luggage space ("Travelers") with individuals who need to send items internationally ("Senders"). Tellifly provides the platform for communication and discovery but is not a shipping company, courier, or logistics provider. Tellifly is not responsible for the physical transport of any goods.
3. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information.
- Prohibited Items: You agree not to send, transport, or request the transport of any illegal, hazardous, or restricted items under the laws of the departure and destination countries.
- Compliance with Laws: Travelers are solely responsible for declaring items at customs and paying any applicable duties or taxes. Senders must ensure the items they provide do not violate any local or international laws.
4. Subscriptions and Fees
Senders may be required to purchase a subscription to initiate conversations with Travelers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Tellifly reserves the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising between Senders and Travelers should be resolved directly between the parties. Tellifly may, at its sole discretion, assist in mediating disputes but assumes no liability or obligation to resolve such matters.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tellifly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
