How do I become a verified traveler?
To become a traveler, sign up and navigate to the Onboarding section. You will need to upload a valid government-issued ID and provide details about your upcoming flights. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days.
How does the subscription model work for senders?
Senders can browse the marketplace and view available travelers for free. However, to initiate a secure conversation and negotiate a delivery, senders must have an active subscription. We don't take a percentage cut of your delivery fees.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, perishable foods without proper sealing, and any items restricted by aviation authorities or customs of the destination country.
How is my payment protected?
Currently, Tellifly facilitates the connection between travelers and senders. You negotiate directly with the traveler via our secure messaging platform. We recommend using trusted escrow services or paying upon successful pickup/delivery, depending on your agreement.
Can I cancel a trip after publishing it?
Yes. Travelers can cancel or modify their trips from their Dashboard. However, if you have already agreed to carry items for senders, you must notify them immediately so they can find alternative arrangements.
