Every traveler must pass our strict verification process, which includes identity verification using government-issued ID and facial recognition. Additionally, you can review their Trust Score, past delivery history, and reviews from other senders before making a match.
Prohibited items include illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, live animals, perishables, and items that violate international aviation security regulations. A full list of prohibited items must be reviewed and agreed to by both parties before a transaction.
Travelers set their base price per kilogram based on their route. Senders can then negotiate the final price with the traveler based on the item type, value, and specific delivery requirements.
Our escrow system holds your payment securely. If an item is not delivered as agreed, you are fully protected and will receive a refund. High-value items may also require additional insurance options available during checkout.
Once you match with a traveler, you can coordinate a secure meeting point. We recommend public locations or major transit hubs. Senders and travelers must document the item handover using our in-app confirmation system.
